FLOATING HOUSE
Cliff House – Saudi Arabia
At JAWAD + Partners, we designed a bold architectural retreat carved directly into the cliffside. The project redefines the relationship between architecture and nature, creating a cantilevered space that floats above the landscape while remaining grounded in it’s rugged terrain.
The design features sculpted concrete forms, panoramic glazing, and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow that frames the surrounding mountains. Every line and angle responds to the site’s topography, maximizing views, privacy, and the sensory experience of living on the edge.
